  1. Hi Gregory.

We don’t have plans to digitize more issues of this title immediately, but we will place it on our list.

  2. You have the “Savannah Morning News” through 1880.

Any chance you’ll be digitizing this newspaper beyond 1880, perhaps up to 1910 or so ?

Keep up the great work !

  3. Dear Erin:

I have sent you an email with a response to this question to your email address.
Thanks for your interest in the DLG

  4. Hi,

I am writing from the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia and would love to talk to someone about partnering with the Digital Library of Georgia. We are in the process of digitizing our historical archives and would love to discuss becoming a content partner.

Can you put me in touch with the correct person?

    Erin Green

You certainly put a new spin on a topic that’s been written about for ages.
    Great stuff, just great!

  6. Thank you so much for offing these digitized newspapers!!! It is so amazing to be able to have access this information and your work is truly appreciated! I was so excited to find the Savannah Morning News added!!!

  8. Gregory,

Thanks for your kind words in regard to our newspaper digitization efforts. We are not currently digitizing the titles you listed, but they are significant to the history of the state and they are definitely on our radar for the future. Thanks for visiting the site and leaving a comment!

  9. Thank you for the wonderful job you are doing with the Georgia newspapers and making them available online. It makes doing Georgia research so much easier and rewarding !

Will you be adding the Atlanta Journal and the various Savannah newspapers (Sav. Republican; Daily Morning News; etc.)at some point?

    Thanks!
