It is now available online.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>From their press release:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The series, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clir.org\/hiddencollections\/sahc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Strategies for Advancing Hidden Collections<\/a> (SAHC), includes six 90-minute webinars and an <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.diglib.org\/Strategies_for_Advancing_Hidden_Collections\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online resource library<\/a>. Speakers highlight the unique needs of organizations with limited funding and resources, but content applies to all collecting institutions.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Drawing on lessons learned by teams awarded grants under CLIR\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clir.org\/hiddencollections\/about-the-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cataloging Hidden Collections program<\/a>, webinars cover the following topics:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clir.org\/hiddencollections\/sahc\/webinar1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Where to begin: Basics of project planning for GLAM organizations<\/a> \u2013 Angela Kipp<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clir.org\/hiddencollections\/sahc\/webinar2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Building resources and relationships: Determining what and who you need<\/a> \u2013 Rosemary Pleva Flyyn<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clir.org\/hiddencollections\/sahc\/webinar3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Making the most of people: Recruitment, retention, and recognition<\/a> \u2013 Sarah Leu<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clir.org\/hiddencollections\/sahc\/webinar4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Collection access: Describing, cataloging, and processing with the future in mind<\/a> \u2013 Beth Knazook<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clir.org\/hiddencollections\/sahc\/webinar5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Overcoming project hurdles: Approaches to identifying and managing collection red flags<\/a> \u2013 Jessica Bitely and Yvonne Ng<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clir.org\/hiddencollections\/sahc\/webinar6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Closing the loop: Project assessment and leveraging goals for future planning<\/a> \u2013 Ellen Ryan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>The <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.diglib.org\/Strategies_for_Advancing_Hidden_Collections\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online resource library<\/a> gathers a wide range of resources compiled by the SAHC <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clir.org\/hiddencollections\/sahc\/sahc-curriculum-committee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Curriculum Committee<\/a>, speakers, and participants. The wiki format also allows any registered community member to add additional resources in the future.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Recordings can be accessed from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clir.org\/hiddencollections\/sahc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SAHC home page<\/a>, any of the individual webinar pages, or the <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.diglib.org\/Strategies_for_Advancing_Hidden_Collections\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online resource library<\/a>. Adobe Connect recordings are available now, but CLIR plans to provide access to additional formats in the future. Rough transcripts of the presentations are also available, as are PowerPoint files and transcripts of all chats. Those who view the recordings and wish to receive a Certificate of Completion can complete the relevant evaluation found with the recordings.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The series was made possible by funding from The Andrew W.
